My interpretation of music video for Alabama Shakes "Gimme all your love" was inspired by Ingmar Bergman movies, especially "Persona". The way he created portraits of actors/characters. The whole history is showed only by the face of a person. It's about inner "action". The "waves" of affects and emotions.
Intense inner monologue of actor combined with animation of Brittany Howard lips and singed lyrics. Together they create a different interpretation of love/hate relationships between people. But it's not only about love to other people. It's also about love to yourself and a hard road to accept and love yourself before loving anyone else.
