It's not about the actor, it's neither about Fireworks nor about New York. The clip pretends to be the journey of a particle of light, and tries to capture two of the aspects I find in M83's music which I find the most inspiring, approaching life from a kid's point of view and what I call taking a "bath of light". I would be more than happy if someone watching this clip could recognize the feelings in the subtle things.
I tried to prove that Magic exists and it can be seen with the naked eye, can be catched with a sole camera in hand. No special effects, no additions whatsoever, just decisive moments. I might be naïve, I know, but most important to me is to show that I'm trying to be honest.
