The Role
Based in our Singapore office, you will work closely with our Asia MD, the wider team, and our growing list of clients.
Identify and develop strong industry relationships within clients and partners to strengthen our position, and lead new business discussions to continually grow the pipeline.
Manage key client relationships to maintain our very high repeat business rates and establish long-term commercial agreements and recurring revenue with our larger clients.
You will work with clients on their creative briefs, including advising on budgets, timeframes and approach, to ensure they are optimised for success, as well as shortlisting filmmaker responses to advise clients on commissioning the best filmmaker.
Ultimately, you will become a trusted creative advisor to our clients and build ongoing relationships as an extension of their marketing teams, to ensure positive experiences and successful outcomes.
Work with our two biggest partners, Facebook and Google, supporting their internal teams and their advertising clients, to help deliver more effective video content for their platforms.
Help to grow and manage our creative community of production companies, directors, editors and animators across Asia, and help to improve our offering to the creative community and their engagement with Genero.
Provide input into our technology platform and overall solution to improve the process and tools.

Successful Candidate
You will have 7+ years experience in a business development or client management role.
A thorough knowledge of video production, and ability to advise clients and assess the credentials of filmmakers pitching on their briefs.
Ability to work collaboratively and become a valued client partner.
Very well organised and have proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A deep understanding of digital and social media marketing and creative best practices for different channels and platforms.

The Role
We are looking for a Portuguese (Brazilian) and Spanish speaking Client Manager to be based in our São Paulo office (Ave. Paulista) office
You will be part of our growing Latam team on clients and will work directly with our growing Latin American client base (including Facebook and Google) on their creative briefs.
Your work will, including advising on budgets, timeframes, approach and language, to ensure briefs are they are optimised for success.
Handling filmmaker questions on briefs and on the Genero platform and process.
Assist clients with shortlisting filmmaker treatment responses and advise them in selection process, to help commission the best filmmaker for their brief.
Work with some of our key clients and their commissioned creators to provide input on creative ideas in line with best practice and assist throughout the production process to help deliver outstanding creative.
Advising clients on Genero’s platform and production process to ensure positive experiences and successful outcomes.
Help to grow and manage our creative community of production companies, directors, editors and animators across the US and Latin America, and help to improve our offering to the creative community and their engagement with Genero.
Provide input into our technology platform and overall solution to improve the process and tools for clients and creatives.

Successful Candidate
Fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian) and proficient in Spanish
You will need to have 5+ years experience in agencies or production companies, most likely as a Producer or Account Manager working extensively in video production.
A thorough knowledge of the end to end creative and video production process, and ability to advise clients and assess the credentials of filmmakers pitching on their briefs.
Very strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal; communication and the ability to build strong direct relationships with creatives and clients.
A solid understanding of digital and social media marketing.
